Re-appointment of Rabi’u Gezawa as full time commissioner

The State House of Assembly had confirmed and approved for re-appointment of Rabi’u Yusuf Gezawa as full time commissioner, Public Complain and anti Corruption Commission in today’s session presided over by the Speaker, Rt Hon Engineer Hamisu Ibrahim Chidari.
The House Committee on Public Petition however did not cleared Muhd Bashir as part time Commissioner in a report presented to the House by the House Committee Chairman Hon Umar Musa Gama.
Similarly in today’s session the House had confirmed and approved for the appointment of Sunusi Tijjani Buhari as Education Secretary, Dambatta Local Education Authority as well as Usman Adamu Kutama and Aminu Uba Rurum as Education Secretaries of Gwarzo and Rano Local Education Authorities respectively, after presentation of the report by the joint committee on SUBEB and that of Ministry for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs presented to the floor of the House by the Chairman, House committee on SUBEB, Hon. Salisu Dan’azumi Muhd.
After careful deliberations the House had approved for the appointment of the said Education Secretaries.
Likewise the House had received progress on the report presentation in respect of Audited Account of the government of Kano State for the year ended 31st December,2016 as presented to the House by the Chairman House committee on public Accounts, Hon. Salisu Ibrahim Muhammad.
The House adjourned sitting to 17th October,2022 in a motion moved by the Deputy Speaker,Rt.Hon. Kabiru Hassan Dashi, member representing Kiru Constituency,and seconded by Hon. Lawan Shehu Bichi, member representing Bichi Constituency.
